Ingredients:
125 g soft butter (not too much otherwise the cookies cooking them lose their shape)
50 g sugar 20 g of egg white

150 g flour 1 pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (I usually do not put)


Preparation.
Mix the butter with the sugar: then add the egg whites a little at a time: the flour with salt: and finally the vanilla:

Bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
