PROTEST AGAINST THE DEPORTATION OF STRAY FROM THE TOWN OF VILLAFRANCA TIRRENA (ME)

Reporting Annalisa (Sicilianimalista)
week before the local elections of May 13, 2007, have gone all the strays from Villafranca Tirrena (ME). The dogs were docile in nature and did not disturb anyone, and some people gave them food. Monday, May 14, 2007, I called the local police in my country and I was told that the dogs were taken from the town of Villafranca Tirrena, the Veterinary Service of ASL Messina, to lead them to the kennels of Zooservice Mauro Trombetta in the town of Adrano (CT). From other information I learned that even the dogs have stayed locked up for 3 days in the town of Villafranca Tirrena depot before being transported across the town of Villafranca Tirrena Sicilia.Il established register with the dog the order of February 21, 2006 n.04, and therefore had to be microchipped as the Regional Law 15/2000.Oltretutto says, by law, it is preferable that the strays no longer have to go to the shelter, but should be neutered, microchipped and returned to the territory. After careful investigation I learned that dogs are in kennels Mineo (CT), part of the consortium, which includes about 7 Zooservice kennels in cataneseTutti day for 10 days, we went to town to try to resolve the situation peacefully, but we were fooled and we have even refused permission to shoot the dogs as an excuse INTRODUCTION OF the kennels Mineo, in practice, Drop off the dogs after 30 days! moving public opinion through the media and associations may be able to get something!
