vital energy. In the body Qi is the vital energy that keeps life in every cell, leads all activities of the entire body.
Qi promotes resistance against diseases, facilitates the ability to adapt to their environment and provides the energy required for the ongoing process of
regeneration of our body.
Qi Gong techniques used by simple and harmonious movement,
breath, sound, meditation and deep listening in order to stimulate the flow of energy
interior so that it can run effectively.
